A busy week organized with the assistance of the “Kraski Zhizni” Arts Support Fund for St. Petersburg artists representing our art gallery has come to an end. During these days, they were able to create numerous sketches and full-fledged paintings reflecting the character of the places and natural features of the Russian North.
The “Golden Autumn” plein air which provided an unforgettable immersion into creativity and fostered bonds between the participants of the “Bereg Nadezhdy” Creative Assembly, will be long remembered. On Friday, a gift exchange took place between the “Foundation for the Preservation and Development of the Solovetsky Archipelago” and “Visit Solovki.”
A long-awaited event was the ceremonial vernissage, where the results of the “Golden Autumn” plein air were presented. The artists displayed paintings that resonated strongly with both the organizers and the audience.
At the “Kraski Zhizni” art gallery, we will be able to see works created by artists on Solovki, as part of the upcoming exhibition “Plein Air 2025: Poetry of Simple Motifs.”
